Rite of Election Information

2013 RITE OF ELECTION INFORMATION

The Rite of Election and Call to Continuing Conversion will be held on the First and Second Sundays of Lent, February 17 and February 24, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. The registration form MUST be completed online by Monday, January 21. Parishes submitting forms after this deadline will be assigned seating after other parishes, and the names of the elect and candidates will not be included in the program or the Catholic Standard and El Pregonero.

• The Information and Resources Packet (bilingual –Eng&Span) here, which includes answers to frequently asked questions, driving directions to the Shrine, and more. Please print the packet and distribute it to the members of your catechetical team, as necessary.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL RITO DE ELECCIÓN 2013

El Rito de Elección y Llamado a la Conversión Continua será celebrado el primer y segundo domingos de Cuaresma, 17 y 24 de febrero, en la Basílica del Santuario Nacional de la Inmaculada Concepción, por lo que la fecha límite para inscripciones por internet es el lunes 21 de enero. Las parroquias que se inscriban después del lunes 21 de enero recibirán la asignación de asientos hasta atrás y los nombres de los elegidos y candidatos no serán incluidos en el programa ni publicados en los periódicos arquidiocesanos Catholic Standard y El Pregonero.
